Options & Best Uses

• Embroidery: Durable, premium look; ideal for t-shirts, polos shirts, sweatshirts, hoodies, jackets, caps and beanies, and other thicker fabrics. Best for logos with solid shapes and limited fine detail.
• Heat Transfer / Sublimation: Great for full-colour, photographic designs on polyester or performance fabrics; ideal for all-over prints and custom sportswear.

Turnaround & Minimums

• Typical production time: 5-10 business days after artwork approval.
• No minimum orders. Embroidery and printing for new customers requires a small digitisation setup fee.

Pricing & Setup

• Embroidery setup (digitising) is a one-time fee per logo for new customers.
• We can provide bundle quotes for the 'Make Your Own Bundle' option. Just fill out the form and we will send you a quotation the same working day.

Quality & Care

• Embroidery: Machine-stitched polyester thread for colourfastness and durability.
• Printing: Use recommended inks for fabric type (water-based, plastisol, or dye-sublimation).
• Care instructions: Wash inside out on cold, tumble dry low or hang dry to extend life.

Proofs & Approvals

We provide a digital mockup and/or stitch simulation for embroidery prior to production. Production begins only after you approve the proof.
