Turnaround & Minimums
- Typical production time: 5-10 business days after artwork approval.
- No minimum orders. Embroidery and printing for new customers requires a small digitisation setup fee.
Pricing & Setup
- Embroidery setup (digitising) is a one-time fee per logo for new customers.
- We can provide bundle quotes for the 'Make Your Own Bundle' option. Just fill out the form and we will send you a quotation the same working day.
Quality & Care
- Embroidery: Machine-stitched polyester thread for colourfastness and durability.
- Printing: Use recommended inks for fabric type (water-based, plastisol, or dye-sublimation).
- Care instructions: Wash inside out on cold, tumble dry low or hang dry to extend life.
Proofs & Approvals
We provide a digital mockup and/or stitch simulation for embroidery prior to production. Production begins only after you approve the proof.
